Job Description

Role Overview: As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the company, responsible for managing the front desk and providing crucial administrative support to ensure smooth office operations and create a positive first impression for all visitors and callers. Key Responsibilities: - Guest Management: Greet, welcome, and direct visitors/clients; maintain visitor logs and access security. - Communication: Answer, screen, and forward high-volume calls using a multi-line phone system; accurately take and relay messages. - Mail & Deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. - Administrative Support: Schedule appointments, manage meeting room bookings, conduct data entry, filing, copying, and faxing. - Office Maintenance: Keep the reception area tidy, monitor and replenish office supplies, and liaise with vendors/maintenance. Qualification Required: - Experience: Demonstrated experience in a similar front-office or administrative role. - Skills: Proficiency in verbal and written communication, multitasking, organizational abilities, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Qualities: Professional appearance, positive attitude, strong customer service focus, and resourcefulness. Please note that this job is full-time and requires in-person work.,
