Job Description

The Receptionist will act as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors, while managing front-desk operations, order-related inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth communication and workflow across departments. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist clients, vendors, and visitors in a professional manner Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails Record and forward customer orders/inquiries to the sales and production teams Maintain logs of orders, quotations, invoices, and delivery schedules Coordinate with logistics/dispatch teams regarding shipment and delivery updates Support preparation of basic documents (purchase orders, receipts, reports) Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with office administration Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times Qualifications & Skills Minimum qualification: High School / Bachelor’s degree preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle client interactions effectively Prior experience in reception or customer service roles preferred; exposure to industrial/manufacturing environment is an advantage
