Job Description

Euro International School, Sikar is seeking a professional and experienced Reception Manager to manage front office operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments. The role requires handling parent interactions, administrative communication, and supporting school operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise reception/front desk operations.
• Handle parent queries, walk-ins, and calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Coordinate effectively with academic, HR, accounts, and management departments.
• Maintain visitor records, inquiry logs, and systematic follow-ups.
• Schedule appointments for management and senior staff.
• Manage official communication, emails, notices, and circulars.
• Ensure discipline, grooming standards, and punctuality of front office staff.
• Support admissions-related coordination and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with front office SOPs and reporting systems.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
• Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and manage parent interactions diplomatically.
• Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience (school/institutional experience preferred).
• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
• Prior experience in managing reception/front office teams is mandatory.
• Knowledge of UDISE, ERP systems, and CBSE curriculum will be preferred.
