Job Summary:

The Technical Analyst will be responsible for evaluating and analyzing the technical aspects of real estate projects across residential, commercial, plotted development, and industrial segments. The role includes conducting technical due diligence, vetting drawings and approvals, conducting feasibility studies, and monitoring construction progress to ensure alignment with project timelines, costs, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Due Diligence:

• Evaluate land/site potential based on topography, access, zoning, and local development norms (e.g., RERA, NOCs, EC, BBMP/BDA/BMC approvals).
• Review title plans, layouts, development plans, and design approvals.

1. Feasibility & Planning Support:

• Assist in preparing development feasibility reports.
• Support in cost estimation (CapEx) and budgeting.
• Provide technical input to finance, legal, and business teams for land acquisitions or JV proposals.

1. Design & Approvals Coordination:

• Work with architects, structural, MEP, and infrastructure consultants.
• Track design iterations, manage approval processes from local authorities (e.g., RERA, DTCP, CMDA).

Required Qualifications:

• Education:

  B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Architecture (Master’s preferred)

• Experience:

  3–8 years in a technical role in real estate (residential/commercial/industrial)
• Experience in dealing with real estate consultants, PMC, or technical developer teams

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Indian real estate regulations (RERA, MOEF, NBC, FSI/FSR norms).
• Expertise in project lifecycle from pre-acquisition to handover.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, MS Excel, and design/document review.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Real estate private equity or investment advisory firms
