Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Team Lead located in Noida. The Real Estate Team Lead will be responsible for managing and leading a team of real estate professionals, overseeing brokerage activities, and facilitating commercial real estate transactions. Day-to-day tasks include team management, client communication, and implementing successful team strategies to achieve sales targets and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills
• Proven abilities in Team Management and Team Leadership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Relevant certifications in real estate brokerage and management are a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Noida
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
