Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Sr Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in lease abstraction, database management, and real estate maintenance.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage all incoming client work demands and assign them to proper teams.
Oversee lease and key property documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client standards.
Review complex legal documents to extract relevant points related to lease abstraction.
Initiate the abstraction process of lease/property documentation and review/output the results.
Provide feedback to team members via quality reports on the quality of abstracted output.
Set up new leases and maintain existing records, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
Ensure all lease management process documentation is up-to-date and accurate according to client SLAs & KPIs.
Prepare lease abstraction reports to agreed timescales and provide daily support in lease abstraction queries, responding to requestors via email.
Cooperate with team members and other departments, adhering to internal and external audit requirements.

Job Requirements

Fluent in spoken and written English with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Professional experience in lease abstraction, database management, and real estate maintenance.
Experience with Salesforce or any other CRM is advantageous.
Strong commitment to quality, orientation to details, and interest in analyzing written legal documentation.
Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word) and ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment.
Deep understanding of real estate laws and senior housing needs.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple transactions and mentor junior agents.
