Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson located in Indore. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for managing property listings, facilitating client interactions, conducting property tours, negotiating sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions to help them find their ideal homes with Urja.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Real Estate License
• In-depth knowledge of Real Property and Real Estate concepts
• Excellent Sales skills with a proven track record in real estate
• Strong Customer Service abilities to ensure high client satisfaction
• Proficiency in negotiation and closing sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
