Real Estate Salesperson

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our real estate sales team. As a fresher, you will be trained and guided to develop the necessary skills to succeed in the real estate industry. You will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in property searches, site visits, and negotiations
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and property owners
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
• Stay updated on market trends, property laws, and pricing
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams
• Maintain proper documentation of sales and client interactions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
• Willingness to learn and grow in the real estate sector
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and presentable
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Own a vehicle and valid driving license (preferred)
