Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive with proven experience in real estate to drive property sales, build client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads through various channels (walk-ins, referrals, online inquiries, etc.)

Conduct site visits with potential buyers and explain project details

Build and maintain a strong client network and database

Manage end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing deals

Maintain thorough knowledge of current real estate projects, market trends, pricing, legal documentation, and government regulations

Coordinate with CRM and documentation team for smooth post-sales service

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Attend property exhibitions and promotional events

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2–4 years of real estate sales experience

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

Strong knowledge of real estate market, especially in residential/commercial projects

Skills Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools

Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly organized
