Position Title: PhD Researcher (Freelance / Project-Based)
Location: On-Site – Mumbai (Rudra Group Office / Project Sites)
Reports To: Director / Management Team

We are seeking an experienced PhD Researcher (Freelance – On-Site) who can bring advanced research capabilities, critical thinking, and specialized expertise to support our projects in real estate, urban planning, sustainability, materials, and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research studies in the areas of real estate, construction technology, sustainability, and market trends.
• Analyze academic literature, industry reports, and case studies to provide insights for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Develop frameworks, white papers, and research-based recommendations for management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, planning, sales, and strategy) to apply research outcomes into practice.
• Provide data-backed solutions to complex challenges in real estate and infrastructure.
• Present findings in the form of structured reports, presentations, and academic-style documentation.
• Ensure high-quality, evidence-based decision support for Rudra Group’s strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• PhD degree (completed or near completion) in a relevant field such as Real Estate, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Economics, Data Science, Environmental Studies, or related domain.
• Strong academic and analytical background with proven research publications or industry experience.
• Excellent knowledge of research methodologies, data analysis, and academic writing.
• Ability to translate academic research into practical, business-focused insights.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to work on-site with the Rudra Group team in Mumbai.

Engagement Details

• Type: Freelance / Contract – On-Site.
• Duration: Project-based (with potential for extension based on performance).
• Compensation: Attractive and commensurate with experience & expertise.

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
