Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated, confident, and customer-focused Real Estate Salesperson to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the sales force, you will be responsible for guiding clients through their property journey — from initial inquiry to final deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options
• Generate and follow up on leads through online portals, social media, cold calling, and referrals
• Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective buyers
• Negotiate and close property deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide post-sale support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and clients
• Stay updated on real estate trends, pricing, and legal regulations in Pune

Requirements

• Master's degree preferred (Any stream)
• Minimum 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience (Real estate preferred)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of the Pune real estate market is a plus
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Proficiency in English and Marathi
• Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone

Salary:

Base salary + Performance Based Incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
