Job Overview We are seeking a motivated, confident, and customer-focused Real Estate Salesperson to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the sales force, you will be responsible for guiding clients through their property journey — from initial inquiry to final deal closure. Key Responsibilities Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options Generate and follow up on leads through online portals, social media, cold calling, and referrals Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective buyers Negotiate and close property deals while ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain regular communication with clients and provide post-sale support Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and clients Stay updated on real estate trends, pricing, and legal regulations in Pune Requirements Master's degree preferred (Any stream) Minimum 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience (Real estate preferred) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of the Pune real estate market is a plus Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Proficiency in English and Marathi Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone What We Offer Attractive Salary structure and performance incentives On-the-job training and mentorship Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow with a reputed brand in Pune’s real estate sector Salary: Base salary + Performance Based Incentives Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Baner, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Master's (Preferred) Experience: Real estate sales: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
