Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Real Estate Sales role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing property listings, conducting market research, enhancing client relationships, and negotiating deals. Regular communication with clients and coordination with team members are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and building strong client relationships
• Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Proven sales skills, including negotiation and closing abilities
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the Ahmedabad real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
