Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and convert leads for custom home construction projects
Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and channel partners
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Guide clients through the sales and construction process
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover

Requirements:

5+ years of sales experience in real estate or construction companies
Strong client network and ability to generate direct leads
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about real estate
