Job Title: Sales Manager – Real Estate

Role and responsibility-

1.You will be asked to report to a specific project daily.

2.Any changes in your project assigned, should be done as per company policy.

3.You will be required to go through induction and training of our HRM software & Sales CRM.

4.You will be reporting to your Site Head.

5.Proactively learn about the project that you have been assigned.

6.Being Fully aware and having full knowledge about the project and the ongoing campaign with specific payment plans/Cost Sheets.

7.Explain and show them the project to all clients that are assigned to them.

8.Show them the sample flats, explain about the location, amenities, prices etc. about the project.

9.Proactively work towards the product development by attracting the clients and convincing them

10.Have a detailed knowledge about the competitive projects so as to help clients reach a decision.

11.Update the visit details correctly in the Sales CRM software as soon as the visit is completed.

12.Ensure the robust follow up is done after the clients first visit to ensure high revisit ratio. 13.Develop a good relationship with channel partners who bring in their clients for visits. 14.Identifying prospective clients for closures and do a discussion with the Site Head. 15.Handling customer queries for better customer satisfaction.

16.Report and update sales activities on Sales CRM software.

17.Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction 18.Generating business from the existing clients to achieve business sales targets. 19.Coordinate sales effort with sales team members, presales, sourcing teams as well. 20.Any additional role or responsibility added during your employment by your senior management needs to be followed to its full capacity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Total work: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Real estate sales: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
