Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop sales strategies for assigned residential/commercial real estate projects.
• Handle walk-in clients, channel partners, and online inquiries.
• Coordinate and conduct property site visits for potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a smooth closing process.
• Track sales metrics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Liaise with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional campaigns.
• Train and mentor junior sales executives.
• Maintain CRM data with updated follow-ups and status reports.
• Ensure excellent customer service and post-sale assistance.

Requirements:

• Proven sales track record in the real estate industry (Residential or Commercial projects).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of local property markets
• Comfortable with CRM tools, MS Excel, and basic reporting.
