Job Description

Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets. • Drive sales for residential and commercial real estate projects. • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase property sales and market share. • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers. • Conduct site visits with prospective clients and provide thorough project briefings. • Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams to ensure a seamless client experience. • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus. • 4–8 years of relevant experience in real estate sales; at least 2 years in a managerial role preferred. • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • In-depth knowledge of the Noida real estate market and upcoming developments. • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and leadership qualities. • Willing to work on weekends and travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
