Key Responsibilities 1.      Generate leads through outbound calls and identify potential clients for our real estate projects. 2.      Building and managing good relationship with clients. 3.      Effectively present and promote the projects to generate interest. 4.      Monitoring the performance of Sales Team. 5.      Schedule and conduct property visits for interested buyers. 6.      Stay updated on market trends, property values, and regulations affecting real estate industry. 7.      Basic understanding of real estate laws and regulations. 8.      Knowledge of local areas of Gurugram market conditions and property values.   Job Requirements 1.      Any graduate with experience in real estate sales and marketing. 2.      Must have good communication and interpersonal skills. 3.      Must have Leadership quality and should have the potential to handle a team. 4.      He/she must be presentable and should have their own vehicle. 5.      Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem solving. 6.      Prospecting for potential clients. 7.      Providing exceptional customer service throughout the buying or selling process.
