Real Estate Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and follow up with potential clients to understand their property requirements.
• Arrange, coordinate, and conduct site visits for interested clients.
• Assist clients in identifying suitable properties based on their budget, preferences, and investment goals.
• Coordinate with developers and internal sales teams regarding property availability, pricing, and negotiations.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure engagement and successful deal closures.
• Present and compare multiple real estate projects to help clients make informed decisions
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
  

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills with strong telephone etiquette.
• Basic knowledge of real estate or a willingness to learn the industry.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional client relationships.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and handling client inquiries.
• Positive attitude with a target-driven mindset.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Bachelors degree (Graduate) is mandatory.
