Location: Colva, Goa
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Real Estate Sales
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 (Based on experience & performance)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Colva, Goa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property sales, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to close deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end real estate sales, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Conduct site visits and explain project details to potential clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
• Stay updated with local market trends, competitor offerings, and property values.
• Ensure proper documentation, follow-ups, and after-sales service.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and lead generation activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (Goa market experience preferred).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Pleasant personality with a client-centric approach.
• Knowledge of local property laws and regulations will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
