1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Proven experience of 5-10 years in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
3. Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a sales team.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
5. In-depth real estate market knowledge, including industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
6. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
7. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
8. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
9. Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and objectives.
10. Willingness to travel as required.
