Location: Gurgaon, Delhi NCR

Work days: Wednesday to Monday

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Own vehicle is mandatory

You will work directly on the ground and experience how real estate sales actually work. Your responsibilities will include:

• Daily client interactions through calls and messages, building rapport and trust
• Understanding client requirements and coordinating with the

  reporting manager

  or management to provide accurate options
• Scheduling and managing site visits, ensuring clients receive the best service
• Being present at project sites to learn about products, pricing, and customer handling
• Ensuring all company processes are followed while on-site or during client communication
• Providing real-time updates, lead status, and client requirements to your reporting manager

  within a 30-minute window

• Reporting daily activities to the team leader and management (calls, meetings, site visits, progress)
• Supporting the sales team in client servicing, documentation, and coordination
• Prior sales experience or any sales record will be considered an

  advantage

• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable interacting with clients
• A proactive, energetic, and disciplined personality
• Someone who enjoys on-site work and field activity
• Interest in building a long-term career in

  real estate sales

• Own two-wheeler or four-wheeler

  is mandatory

• ₹10,000 monthly stipend
• Incentives after 3 months (performance-based)
• Hands-on learning of real estate sales, market understanding, and client handling
