Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Management: Recruiting, training, coaching, and mentoring a sales team. Setting individual and team sales targets. Motivating and inspiring the team to achieve sales goals. Providing guidance and support to sales agents. Sales Strategy and Execution: Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals. Identifying target markets and developing marketing plans. Working on sales scripts and providing training on effective sales techniques. Monitoring and analyzing sales performance. Customer Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, including lead follow-up and contract negotiation. Ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing client needs. Budget and Performance Management: Managing budgets and ensuring that sales activities are within budgetary constraints. Monitoring and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement. Market Knowledge and Competitive Analysis: Staying up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities. Analyzing market data to inform sales strategies. Additional Responsibilities: May be involved in property site visits, conducting research, and presenting projects to clients. Can also be responsible for post-sales support and customer satisfaction. May assist in developing pricing strategies in line with market demand.
