Job Description

A Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, and closing property sales. The role requires strong communication skills, sales techniques, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Follow-upMake outbound calls to potential customers. Handle inbound inquiries from various marketing sources. Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly. Schedule and confirm customer site visits. 2. Customer HandlingUnderstand customer requirements and suggest suitable projects/properties. Provide accurate information regarding pricing, location, amenities, approvals, and payment plans. Build trust and rapport with customers to convert inquiries into bookings. 3. Site VisitsArrange and coordinate site visits with customers. Present the property professionally and highlight key features. Answer customer queries during the visit and guide them through the buying process. 4. Sales & ClosureAchieve monthly sales targets. Negotiate prices, terms, and payment plans with the customer. Prepare booking forms, collect documentation, and assist with the registration process. 5. Coordination & ReportingCoordinate with the CRM, marketing, and documentation teams. Update daily reports: calls, leads, site visits, hot leads, and bookings. Participate in team meetings, trainings, and promotional activities. Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills Good negotiation and convincing ability Basic knowledge of real estate market trends Ability to work under target-based environment Computer skills: MS Excel, WhatsApp, CRM software
