Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new sales leads through networking, marketing activities, and referrals. Conduct property presentations, site visits, and meetings with prospective clients. Promote and sell residential/commercial properties to potential buyers. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Client ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs. Provide clients with market insights, pricing guidance, and investment advice. Assist clients through the entire buying process, including documentation and closing. Market ResearchStay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and new developments. Gather customer feedback to improve sales strategies and product positioning. Administrative TasksMaintain accurate records of inquiry status, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM. Prepare sales reports, proposals, and contracts as required. Coordinate with marketing, legal, and operations teams to support sales activities.
