We are currently marketing a luxury apartment township in Deolali, Nashik, with a special focus on catering to the Gujarati and Jain communities residing in both Mumbai and Nashik.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Prabhadevi, Mumbai. Your role will focus on converting qualified leads into successful sales, specifically targeting luxury residential plots and apartments.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle inbound leads and inquiries from interested buyers.

· Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visit coordination (virtual or in- person) in Mumbai office.

· Build trust and rapport with clients, especially from the Gujarati and Jain communities.

· Clearly communicate project features, pricing, and investment value.

· Ensure regular follow-ups and maintain detailed lead records.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience.

· Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Candidate Requirements:

· 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in luxury or plotted developments.

· Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills.

· Client-centric approach and familiarity with the needs of Gujarati/Jain families is a plus.

· Proficiency in using CRM tools and maintaining client data.

· Willing to travel occasionally to Deolali, Nashik for site visits.

· The candidate should compulsorily be Gujarati speaking.
