"URGENT HIRING for Real estate" Job Summary: The Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and closing sales for residential and/or commercial real estate projects. The role involves client engagement, site visits, and maintaining strong client relationships to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth. Key Responsibilities: Actively seek out and identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Meet with clients to determine their needs and recommend suitable property options. Conduct site visits with potential buyers and provide complete guidance throughout the sales process. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients. Negotiate terms and close deals in alignment with company policies. Stay updated on market trends, project developments, competitors, and customer preferences. Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional activities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management. Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process. Requirements: Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field (preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. (HINDI and ENGLISH both) Strong sales and target orientation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Must be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits. Preferred Skills:  Knowledge of local property laws and market dynamics. Multilingual abilities are a plus. High energy, self-motivated, and goal-driven personality. Show more Show less
