Job Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and site visits. Manage end-to-end sales process: lead generation, site visits, client follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures. Maintain a strong understanding of real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs. Provide accurate and timely information to clients about the project features, pricing, and documentation. Build long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and participate in promotional events. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, visits, and sales closures. Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (Executive), 5+ years for Manager role. Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent communication and presentation skills (in both Hindi & English). Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented. Good knowledge of Noida and Greater Noida real estate markets. Own conveyance is a must.
