Job Description

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. - Identify and engage with potential clients to generate leads and close sales. - Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on real estate trends and competition. - Create and manage marketing campaigns including digital marketing, print media, and social media strategies. - Develop relationships with brokers, buyers, and investors to expand the network and increase sales opportunities. - Coordinate and host open houses, property tours, and other promotional activities. - Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports for management and clients. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content and materials for marketing purposes. - Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process. Required Candidate profile - Proven experience in real estate sales and marketing, with a track record of successful transactions. - Strong understanding of the real estate market, including local trends and regulations. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills. - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications. -Immediate Joining Preferable Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
