Real Estate Sales Executive

• Job Title: Sales Executive / Telecaller – Real Estate
• Location: Shivane, Pune
• Job Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Job Type: Full-Time Salary: Up to ₹3.60 LPA (Based on Experience and Performance) + High Incentives.
• Open to: Female & Male Candidates

Our team thrives on professionalism, trust, and building long-term relationships with clients. We’re looking for dynamic, self-motivated individuals to join us as Sales Executive or Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through various channels (online/offline, cold calling, referrals)
• Assist clients in buying our properties
• Conduct site visits and explain project features and benefits
• Maintain client relationships and follow up consistently
• Negotiate and close deals professionally
• Coordinate with Channel Partners
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain sales records in CRM and provide regular reporting to management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales (Real Estate experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Good knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus
• Must be goal-oriented and self-driven
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp, CRM tools)
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
