Conduct property tours and explain project details to clients. Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain and update sales records, reports, and client databases. Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve sales targets. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and real estate regulations. RequirementsEducation: Minimum 12th Pass. Experience: At least 2 years in real estate sales. Languages: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada is mandatory. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
