Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and other necessary documentation. 7. Coordinate property viewings and assist clients in property selection. 8. Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to ensure favorable outcomes for both the company and clients. 9. Attend networking events, trade shows, and other industry-related gatherings to promote company services and expand professional network. 10. Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM system. Requirements: 1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry. 2. Familiarity with under construction, ready to move, and secondary property sales. 3. Strong negotiation and communication skills. 4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. 5.
