Key Responsibilities :Lead, train, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize profitability and market share. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Recruit, onboard, and manage sales agents, ensuring consistent training and professional development. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property developers, and real estate partners. Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials. Oversee daily sales operations, including property showings, client negotiations, and closing deals. Stay current with real estate trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Requirements:Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in real estate or a related field. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred). Valid real estate license Preferred Skills:CRM and sales software proficiency Ability to analyze market data and sales statistics. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
