Job Description

A Real Estate Sales Executive drives property sales by finding clients, showcasing properties, negotiating deals, and closing transactions, requiring strong market knowledge, sales skills, and client relationship management, while keeping up with trends and regulations to meet targets. Key tasks include lead generation, property viewings, contract negotiation, after-sales support, and collaborating with marketing/legal teams. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Management: Identify, approach, and build a strong client base through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.  Property Expertise: Provide detailed information, market insights, and property evaluations to clients.  Sales & Negotiation: Conduct property tours, open houses, negotiate sales agreements, and close deals effectively.  Market Knowledge: Stay updated on real estate trends, property values, legal requirements, and competitor activities.  Transaction Management: Guide clients through the entire process from inquiry to post-sale support, ensuring smooth transactions.  Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
