As a Real Estate Sales Executive at The Sankalp Group, you will be responsible for promoting and selling properties to prospective buyers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and targeting potential buyers through various channels such as online platforms, referrals, and networking events. - Conducting market research to identify potential leads and staying updated on industry trends. - Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to showcase properties to potential buyers. - Coordinating with marketing teams to create promotional materials like online listings, brochures, and advertisements. - Responding to inquiries from potential buyers and providing information about properties. - Arranging and conducting property viewings for interested clients. - Negotiating and finalizing sales agreements.
