Job Description

As an experienced Real Estate Agent specializing in apartment sales, your role will involve generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting property visits, and closing deals. Your strong sales skills, market knowledge, and commitment to delivering excellent customer service will be key in this position. - Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities. - Assist clients in selling apartments by showcasing property features and addressing client queries. - Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve monthly/quarterly targets. - Maintain strong relationships with property developers, owners, and customers. - Stay updated with local real estate market trends, pricing, and new projects. - Prepare and manage necessary documentation for property transactions. - Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term trust. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in apartment selling (Preferred) This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. Your work location will be in person, allowing you to engage directly with clients and properties.,
