Job Description

Identify and qualify potential clients through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online platforms. Present and promote available properties to prospective buyers or investors. Schedule and conduct site visits, property tours, and client meetings. Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements between buyers and sellers. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, competitors, and real estate laws. Prepare and manage documentation related to sales, agreements, and closings. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, and finance) to ensure smooth transaction processes. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide excellent after-sales support and build long-term relationships with clients.
