Job Description

As an experienced professional in the real estate sector, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and shaping the growth of Emperium Private Limited. With a minimum of 5-12 years of luxury real estate sales experience, you will be responsible for developing sales and marketing strategies, creating new markets, and managing a strong network of Channel Partners in Panipat and beyond. Your strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with senior executives will be essential in implementing sales initiatives effectively. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing Sales and Marketing Strategies to drive business growth - Managing and grooming a network of Channel Partners in Panipat and surrounding areas - Overseeing Site Sales, Channel Sales, and Corporate Sales - Recruiting, selecting, and training the sales force in coordination with the Sales Head - Analyzing market trends, competitors" activities, and designing positioning strategies accordingly - Building strategic alliances with HNIs and Allied service providers - Conducting feasibility analysis for Sales and Marketing - Developing and executing 360-degree Marketing Plans in collaboration with the Sales Head Additionally, you will be required to: - Travel within the country as per company policy - Hold a Masters Degree in Sales & Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Demonstrate a track record of superior performance metrics and excellent negotiation skills - Tap into All India Channel Partners, Bankers, Referral Agents, Insurance Agents, and HNI Clients - Generate new leads from marketing activities and broker networks - Have exposure to Exhibitions & Events - Engage in daily calling and closing deals Emperium Private Limited offers a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work location is in person, requiring relocation or reliable commuting to Gurugram, Haryana. Real estate sales experience of at least 1 year is required for this role.
