Key Responsibilities:Actively source new clients for residential and commercial properties through networking, referrals, site visits, and lead follow-ups. Generate leads via calls, meetings, and online/offline marketing channels. Understand client requirements, budgets, and preferences to recommend suitable properties. Present, promote, and sell properties (both residential & commercial projects) to prospective clients. Conduct site visits and provide complete property walkthroughs to clients. Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals while ensuring maximum client satisfaction. Maintain a strong relationship with builders, developers, and channel partners. Stay updated on local real estate market trends, property values, and competitors. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned by management. Maintain and update CRM / sales records regularly. Key Skills & Competencies:Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Good knowledge of real estate projects (residential apartments, plots, and commercial spaces). Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving ability. Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in sales activities. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business). Qualifications:12th to Graduate in any stream Experience in real estate sales will be an added advantage. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome.
