Company Overview Project: Diya Greencity Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad Promoter: Eureka Builders Pvt. Ltd. RERA ID: UPRERAPRJ6568 With over 900+ homes delivered , Diya Greencity is a landmark affordable housing project in Ghaziabad, approved by Awas Bandhu & GDA, and certified by IIT Delhi for structural safety. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential buyers from lead sources (portals, CPs, walk-ins). Explain project features, pricing, and payment plans clearly. Schedule site visits and ensure customer follow-up. Support walk-in customers at the site office and assist in sales closures. Coordinate with Sales Manager for lead updates, customer objections, and follow-ups. Maintain lead status and daily reporting on CRM/Excel. Build rapport with customers and maintain professional behavior. Requirements / Qualifications 0 to 2 years of experience in real estate sales or telecalling (freshers can apply). Good communication and presentation skills. Basic understanding of real estate sales (training will be provided). Confidence in handling walk-ins and phone conversations. Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment. Growth Opportunities Fast-track promotion to Senior Executive or Team Leader roles within 12-18 months based on performance.
