Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to handle property portal inquiries and connect customers with developers for seamless sales experiences in Pune. Your primary responsibility will be managing inbound leads from the portal, understanding customer needs, and suggesting the best properties to match their preferences. You will coordinate and arrange site visits between interested buyers and developers, ensuring a smooth process from initial inquiry to final sale. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential as you will facilitate price discussions and support customers throughout the documentation and payment process. The role also involves regular follow-ups, maintaining CRM records, and staying up-to-date with Pune’s real estate market trends to offer professional guidance. Success in this role means achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service and building lasting relationships with both clients and developers. Prior sales or real estate experience is preferred. Additional work include Property Management & Maintenance, Website Management, Marketing campaigns, Content development.
