As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic, confident, and results-oriented Female Sales Executive to join our vibrant team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and digital channels
• Guide clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process professionally and efficiently
• Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and site inspections
• Maintain updated knowledge of available listings, market conditions, and real estate trends
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals
• Negotiate offers and close deals with confidence and professionalism
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Female candidates only (as per company policy for client handling)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or client service (Real Estate background is an advantage)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Presentable, confident, and customer-focused personality
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and real estate CRM tools
