Job Description

As a Real Estate Sales Executive (Property Sales Associate) at our fast-growing company in the residential and commercial real estate sector in India, your role will involve prospecting and qualifying inbound and outbound leads, converting enquiries into site visits, and negotiating offers to meet monthly sales targets. You will also conduct property viewings, prepare tailored property presentations, and guide clients through pricing, features, and neighbourhood insights. Additionally, you will negotiate and close sales agreements, coordinate documentation, and handover with legal and operations teams to ensure compliant transactions. It is essential to maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead status, pipeline activity, and follow-ups to maximize conversion efficiency. Building and nurturing long-term client relationships through regular follow-up, post-sale support, and referrals will be crucial. Monitoring local market trends, competitor activity, and pricing movements to provide actionable feedback to marketing and product teams is also part of your responsibilities.
