Role Description

Real Estate Sales Associate

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads and follow up promptly.
• Arrange and conduct site visits with prospective buyers.
• Present property options clearly and professionally to clients.
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing, payment plans, and legal formalities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive client engagement.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience (real estate preferred). Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Indian real estate market dynamics and property transaction process will be an advantage.
• Good communication in English and Hindi; local language proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to work on weekends (
