Role Description We are hiring a Real Estate Sales Associate for our New Delhi office. This is a full-time, on-site role. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients, conducting property presentations and site visits, guiding them through the buying process, and assisting in closing transactions. The role requires strong client handling skills, market awareness, and the ability to build long-term relationships. Key responsibilities Handle incoming leads and follow up promptly. Arrange and conduct site visits with prospective buyers. Present property options clearly and professionally to clients. Advise clients on market trends, pricing, payment plans, and legal formalities. Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business. Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive client engagement. Qualifications 1–2 years of sales experience (real estate preferred). Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Knowledge of Indian real estate market dynamics and property transaction process will be an advantage. Good communication in English and Hindi; local language proficiency is a plus. Ability to work on weekends ( weekly off on Tuesday ).
