Job Description

Sahara Real Estate is a leading real estate Channel Partner Firm specializing in premium residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Relationship Manager to join our growing Channel Partner firm. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle—from identifying prospective buyers and conducting site visits to closing deals for premium residential and commercial projects. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate the real estate market while maintaining strong ties with our developer partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Convert company-provided leads into active prospects through professional consultation and follow-ups.
  • Client Advisory: Understand client requirements (budget, location, preferences) and suggest the best-suited properties from our portfolio.
  • Site Visits: Organize and conduct site visits with potential buyers, highlighting project USPs and amenities.
  • Deal Closure: Negotiate pricing and payment plans to close sales, ensuring all documentation is handled accurately.
  • Developer Coordination: Stay updated on new project launches, inventory, and offers from our developer partners.
  • CRM Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and sales pipelines using our CRM tools / Google Sheets / Excel.
  • Basic Requirement: Good Communication Skill & Driving License (4-wheeler preffered)

Requirements (Must-Have)

  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills; must be able to explain complex project details clearly and persuasively.
  • Driving Skills: Must know how to drive both 2-wheelers and 4-wheelers.
  • License & Vehicle: Must possess a valid Driving License and have a personal vehicle for daily commuting.
  • Availability: Willingness to work on weekends (as most client visits happen on Saturdays and Sundays).
  • Experience: 0.6 - 2 years of experience in sales of real estate is preferred.
  • Week-Off's: 6 days working on rotational basis.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong negotiation and "closing" skills.
  • Ability to build instant rapport with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).
  • Basic Excel for lead tracking.
