Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic Real Estate Professional for a full-time, on-site role located in Thane. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, arranging and conducting property tours, building and maintaining client relationships, and staying up-to-date on market trends. The role requires providing personalized guidance to clients throughout the buying process, from consultation to closing deals.

• Real estate expertise, including property market knowledge and sales skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting client relationships.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to manage site visits and schedules effectively.
• Proficiency in negotiation and closing sales transactions.

• Real estate certification or licensing is a plus.
• Previous experience in luxury or high-value property sales is advantageous.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and meet clients on-site as needed.
