Job Summary

The Real Estate Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to generate qualified leads, build brand visibility, and support sales closures for residential and commercial projects. The role involves managing digital and offline campaigns, coordinating with agencies, and ensuring effective project branding and communication.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute 360 marketing strategies for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, buyer behavior study, and price benchmarking.
  • Create Go-To-Market (GTM) plans including launch strategy, brand communication, and campaign calendar.

2. Digital Marketing

  • Plan and oversee

    SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email marketing, and WhatsApp campaigns

  • Manage website content, landing pages, and lead generation funnels.
  • Coordinate with digital agencies to optimize CPL and improve lead quality.
  • Track analytics (Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, Ad Reports) and drive ROI-focused campaigns.

3. Branding & Creative Development

  • Ensure strong brand positioning through brochures, project videos, digital creatives, hoardings, and print ads.
  • Develop project branding including logos, themes, taglines, walkthroughs, and 3D renders.
  • Work with design and creative teams to maintain brand identity across platforms.

4. Lead Management & Sales Support

  • Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead-to-site-visit and site-visit-to-booking conversions.
  • Evaluate lead sources and enhance channel partner & broker engagement.
  • Execute sales promotion activities, events, and customer engagement programs.

5. Offline Marketing & Events

  • Manage ATL & BTL campaigns: newspapers, hoardings, radio, events, mall activations, kiosks, and flyers.
  • Plan launch events, broker meets, customer meets, and exhibitions.

6. Budgeting & Vendor Management

  • Plan and monitor marketing budgets.
  • Manage vendor negotiations, approvals, and campaign costing.
  • Ensure timely execution of deliverables.
