Real Estate Manager

As a Real Estate Manager at our company in Coimbatore, you will play a crucial role in overseeing property sales, client interactions, and property management to ensure the smooth operations of all real estate activities. Your focus will be on achieving sales targets, maintaining strong customer relationships, and coordinating effectively with builders, owners, and internal teams to deliver excellent service. Key Responsibilities: - Identify new property listings and expand the property portfolio. - Meet prospective clients, understand their property requirements, and negotiate prices. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through lead generation activities. - Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and property owners. - Oversee the maintenance, tenant management, and upkeep of managed properties. - Prepare and verify property-related documents, ensuring legal compliance. - Monitor market trends, property prices, and competitor activities for strategic planning. - Collaborate with marketing, finance, and legal teams to streamline processes. - Guide junior sales executives and assist in training when required. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales or property management. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously. - Good knowledge of local property laws and market trends. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. The salary for this position will be based on experience, with additional incentives for sales closures. Working hours are as per company norms, with flexibility for client meetings and site visits.
