✅ Designation: Assistant Sales Manager (ASM)

✅ Location: Viman Nagar & Baner (Pune) (Work from Office is mandatory)

✅ Education: Graduate / Post Graduate

✅ Experience: 1–4 years in Banking / Insurance / Telecom / FMCG / EdTech / Real Estate

✅ Other Requirements:

• Good English communication

• Must own a bike (Only for Men)

Key Responsibilities:

• Call clients and convince them to come for site visits

• Experience in sourcing/closing welcome

• Connect with channel partners and developers

• Plan and implement project-specific sales

• Coordinate site visits and enable deal closure

• Maintain property databases and documentation

• Build strong relationships with clients, builders, and channel partners
